product-order-csv ("the app") helps merchants manage suppliers, map products to supplier SKUs, build purchase orders, and export them as CSV/Excel files.

Information we collect

When you install the app, we collect and store:

• Your shop's domain and an access token issued by Shopify, used to make API requests to your store on your behalf.
• Supplier information you enter into the app (supplier name, contact name, email, and phone number).
• Purchase order and product-mapping data you create in the app (linking your store's products/variants to supplier SKUs, costs, and quantities).

The app does not access, request, or store your customers' personal data (such as customer names, emails, addresses, or order history). It only reads product and variant information from your store.

How we use this information

This information is used solely to provide the app's functionality: displaying your suppliers and products, generating purchase orders, and producing CSV/Excel exports. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Data retention

Supplier, mapping, and purchase order data is retained until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app. Your shop's access token is deleted when you uninstall the app.
